A coach that actually knows you.
Tell it your goal — it works out what you actually need, builds your plan, and adapts every session around your real life. So you stop guessing and start seeing real progress. Coach-level — for about a coffee a week.
Free to join the list · founding spots ($99/yr, locked for life) are limited to the first 100 · nothing to pay today.
You wanted a coach. An app was never one — and a real coach was out of reach. Here's the one that fits.
Every frustration you've lived maps to exactly what your coach does instead.
You didn't want an app, and you couldn't keep a coach. Gryter is the coach that fits the life you actually have — and it's there for every session.
Describe your goal in your own words. Watch it work out what you actually need.
No preset menu to squeeze into. You bring plain words; your coach brings the diagnosis — and tells you why.
I've got a belly but I don't want to lose the muscle I've built. I want to look leaner and a bit stronger.
That's not "get lean." Here's what it actually means:
Most people chasing "get lean" actually need recomposition. You don't need the technical word — working out what you really mean is the coach's job.
It knows you, remembers you, and adapts — so you actually get somewhere.
A plan you're handed once is a file. A coach stays in the loop. Scroll to watch it work.
Every session builds on the last.
It knows what you lifted, what felt heavy, what you skipped — and gets sharper the longer you train. You never re-explain yourself.
The plan bends around your real life.
Travel, a flat day, only dumbbells today? Check in and it adjusts — then tells you why it changed, so it never feels like a black box.
Built toward your actual goal.
A full periodised block — baseline, build, push, recover — assembled for what you actually need, not a template you were dropped into.
Real progress, made visible.
Not vanity streaks — the numbers that matter, trending up. The quiet proof that this is the coach you'd actually progress with.
Every lift, demonstrated properly — not stock clip-art.
When your coach cues an exercise, you see exactly how it's done. A small taste of the production quality inside.
Licensed, high-fidelity demonstrations — the same ones your coach plays you, set by set.
Honest about what a great human coach still does better.
A coach in the room can watch your form and stand beside you — we won't pretend otherwise. On everything else, the math is hard to argue with.
Tinted column = the smart-money pick on that row.
Founding members — the first 100.
The public plan is $99 the first year, then $149/year. As a founding member, your $99 is locked for life — it never rises to $149 — and you're one of only 100. The app opens to founding members in about 8 weeks. Reserving your spot is free and takes an email — you pay nothing today, and only subscribe if you still want to when it opens. If we're delayed, I'll email you a new date.
- First 100 members only
- $99 / year, locked for life (the public price is $99 first year, then $149)
- First access in about 8 weeks
- A direct line to shape what gets built
Nothing to pay until it's in your hands
Reserving your spot costs nothing — no card, no invoice, nothing charged today. When Gryter opens, your founding price is waiting for you in the App Store or Google Play, and you decide then. Subscriptions are billed by Apple and Google, so cancelling and refunds run through your store account under their policies, whenever you want.
"For life" = $99/yr for as long as Gryter offers this plan and your membership stays active.
Gryter is fitness guidance, not medical advice. Results vary. See Terms.
Why I'm building this.
I'm Abid. I'm a developer — I sit at a desk all day. I tried the fitness apps. Every one made me pick a goal from a menu and guess which box I belonged in. None of them knew me, and none of them remembered me.
So I built the coach I wanted: you tell it what you're actually after, in your own words, and it works out what that really means and how to get you there — and it stays with you, session after session. Gryter is early. I'm looking for 100 founding members to build it with. If that's you, reserve a spot.
Before you reserve a spot.
Can I use it right now?
Not yet. I'm putting the finishing touches on it, and founding members get first access in about 8 weeks — I'd rather ship it right than rush it. Reserving a spot is free and holds both your place in line and your founding price until Gryter opens.
Do I pay anything now?
No. Reserving a founding spot is free — no card, no invoice, nothing charged today. This site never asks for payment details. You only pay if you choose to subscribe once Gryter opens, and that goes through the App Store or Google Play, where you can cancel or ask for a refund under their policies at any time.
How is this different from a generic fitness app?
Most apps make you choose your goal from a preset list and hope you picked right. Gryter is built like a coach: you describe your goal in plain words and it works out what you actually need, then builds and adapts a real program around it — and remembers you between sessions. A coach, not a workout generator.
What if I don't know what my goal should be?
That's the point. You don't need the technical answer ("recomposition," "hypertrophy"). Describe what you want in your own words; working out what that really means is the coach's job.
What's the founding-member deal?
The first 100 members lock $99/year for life — the public price is $99 the first year, then $149, so as a founding member your $99 never rises. You also get a direct line to shape what gets built.
